  1. We attended the AM 2016 for the first time Sat. We traveled from CT. Although no one can predict what the weather will be like, it was 104 degrees. No shade unless you found a tree in the field area, no canopies for shade, cooling of any kind, not even a mist of water coming from a sprinkler. My son was at the point of heat exhaustion and were charged $1 for a cup of ice. You couldn’t keep hydrated enough. When I asked people that work there if there was any kind of cooling area, no one can answer that question. Alot of single items for sale in the merchandise tent. But the contests were cool and meeting Chip Foose was the highlight. A rep. from AM was very accommodating with an issue I had with brake pads I purchased thru the website.
