It’s going to be an exciting November here at AmericanMuscle.com. We’ve got the Gen5 tail lights for 2005-2009 Mustangs coming out, the MMD car is fully decked out and headed to SEMA and there’s a ton of exciting 2015 Mustang news headed your way. After featuring Rob’s 2011 plasti-dipped GT in the 2014 AM Calendar, we break down his mods and how far it’s come since winning Vaughn Gittin’s award at this year’s car show. There’s plenty to get excited about and the best part is that we’re just getting started.

Project Fox Body

We’ve got an update for those who remember our Project Fox Body build that began by transforming a 1993 convertible Mustang GT into a one-off version of the iconic ’93 Cobra. After tacking on a Vortech blower, a cage, slicks and a few other goodies, we took the Competition Orange Mustang to the track for a serious workout. The result was sub-11 second time slips before the clutch told us it was time to back off, but while still running the stock T5 trans this was an acceptable mark for the day.
