This Friday, some of the top Mustangs in the local area are going head-to-head on AmericanMuscle’s very own dyno, throwing down the best numbers possible in an all-out rear wheel horsepower showdown. One winner will be crowned as the top-dog at AmericanMuscle’s Mustang Mayhem. Check out a few of the cars and see what jaw-dropping Mustangs have surfaced for this year’s event.

It looks like Ford is putting the final touches on the 2014 Cobra Jet Mustang. Outfitted with GoPro cameras, Ford’s proclaimed COPO killer blasts down the track at speeds unfathomable by the Prius touting crowd. The newest factory race car from Ford now comes equipped with a parachute capable of 150mph speeds. Two new paint schemes–Godda Have It Green and Flat Black–are available in addition to the basic White paint option.
If you can’t wait for the 2015 Mustang to arrive, it’s safe to assume you have heard all the rumors, digested endless amounts of conflicting reports, studied spy photos and listened to educated opinions before coming to the conclusion that no one outside of Ford really knows what power plant the redesigned Mustang is going to have. Now it seems we finally have something to hand our hats on.
