Thanks Jeff. My order number is: Order #324338. I followed the video directions that are linked to the AM web site. So, per the instructions, I sliced all of the white wires for the LED's, including the halos, together into one single connector and made the final connection into the lead that was "hot" when the parking lights are on (brown wire) and did the same for the black wires from the LEDs to the black wire in the wiring harness, which is the ground. I was thinking maybe I need to try it again and poke through the white wire to the halos, but the "assumption" would be that since all the white wires were spliced together and all the other LED lights are working that the halos should be working as well. What are your thoughts? And thanks again.

Al-

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble getting the halo to light up. You mentioned you followed the instructions. Do you know what wire you spliced the halo into? Is it possible it's not receiving power? If you have an order number I can look into this for you and see what can be done.

I just purchased the "angel eye" halo headlights and the "angel eye" portion does not light up at all. All other lights work except the "angel eye". Has anyone else encountered this problem? I placed my order on Sept 20th and received my lights on Sept 22nd and attempted install on Sept 26th, at which point I found the "angel eye" not working and subsequently repackaged the headlights back in the box and submitted a request for help to the AM support email address, but have as of yet to receive a reply. Unfortunately, I already followed the sealing and wiring instructions, so I doubt they will replace them, so if anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. Thanks.

Hi Doug-

Your headlights should be pretty much plug and play. There's a dual filament bulb that will give you high/low beams. You'll just need to splice in the LED angel eye into your parking lights as there is no stock wiring for this. Overall, should be a very easy install.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Kevin-

Can you send us a picture of the install as you describe it? Does your 'Stang have a stock hood? It may be necessary to trim the weatherstripping a bit to get a good, tight fit.

Our records show you bought these way back in April. Are you just now installing them for the first time. We would be happy to help, but a little more info would great.
