The times are indeed a changin’! I think we may have proof of this change as the Mustang world anticipates the release of the 2014 over-haul that has sparked a ton bit of speculation. The interior is rumored to be much better with higher quality materials and the installation of advanced technology. Also, the 2014 Mustang model will be a retro throwback to the 60’s Fastbacks and will now feature change in the form of… a Mustang Turbo Charger!

This past weekend, SpeedTV’s Pass Time headed to Lafayette, LA for filming. When this 2011 Mustang GT pulled up to the line, equipped with a 9PSI Roush supercharger, the contestants were quick to write it off!

Now imagine brake failure in your brand new 2012 Boss at the quarter mile… yeah… now we’re shaking a little. That’s what happened when Motor Trend went to brake test their new bright-yellow Boss 302 Mustang at the track.
Vicious rumors are swirling that new 2013 Shelby GT-500 is going to be one amazing piece of machinery. Not that the current one isn’t badass, but the future supposedly holds some awesome performance upgrades! We have heard that the new Shelby will be getting a nice 5.8-liter upgrade from the current 5.4, and a brand new Eaton TVS unit supercharger giving it a borderline-ridiculous 620 horses straight out of the gate! It is also rumored to have a little bit of that new look that is in store for the Ford Mustang coming in 2014 -2015.
