If you missed the AmericanMuscle.com 3rd Annual Mustang Show, we hope to see you at the 4th annual show on August 12th, 2012! We’re headed back to the Delaware County Community College campus in Media, PA for the second year in a row and we hope to see you there. Check out what our good friends at Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords Magazine had to say about their time at the show last year…

The 3rd Annual AmericanMuscle.com Car Show

On August 21, 2011, AmericanMuscle.com (AM) hosted the third of its annual charity car shows. Deleware County Community College in Media, Pennsylvania, played host to AM’s largest show to date–with all the proceeds benefitting the Wounded Warriors Project.

After a rain-out the previous week, the AM crew was poised for a good turnout, but Mother Nature kept a few Stangers from coming out with another foul forecast. Once the show was in full swing, 611 Mustangs and Fords filled the grounds, and over 2,000 spectators were on hand to take in the sights.

The manufacturers’ midway was packed with many of the great aftermarket companies who supply the parts and go-fast goodies AM sells. Modern Muscle brought out its mobile chassis dyno, giving attendees a chance to see some serious horsepower before heading to the AM tent, where computers were set up for people to order parts. Show specials were available, and ordered parts were delivered directly to the show.

Like the past two years, all of the proceeds from the show were donated to charity. This year, the Wounded Warrior Project was the recipient. The show profits combined with the AM employee contribution (day of show salaries) totaled $14,511! With this kind of turnout–even in questionable weather–we can’t wait to see this show grow in the years to come.

We had a blast and we hope you’ll be around this year… Comment below and let us know if we’ll see you there!

About Chris Rose

This hobby became serious when I went to work for a local speed shop. Within a few years, I helped build the business into a nation-wide name that focused on modifying and tuning late-model Mustangs. We equipped ourselves with a chassis dyno, lifts, mechanics and that is where I gained my SCT and Dynojet Certifications. I spent 6-7 years there, building and custom tuning in the best and most passionate automotive industry; the Mustang aftermarket. Since the move to AmericanMuscle in April of 2010, I have purchased my second Mustang – a Grabber Orange 2007 GT (supercharger coming soon)! My Google+ Profile
