Here at AmericanMuscle, we’re proud to announce our newest addition to the Mustang fleet–this brand new Grabber Blue 2014 Mustang GT and soon-to-be project car. There’s just one problem, we don’t have a crafty name for it yet. That’s where you come in. We’re leaving it up to you to name this 2014 GT and pick up all the bragging rights that come with it. In building what should be hailed as “The Boss of all Bosses,” custom car guru Bodie Stroud has created one truly unique 1969 Boss Mustang. Using an original 777 HP, all-aluminum 494 c.i. Mario Andretti race motor, Bodie set out to create of one of the sickest Mustangs of all time – a pure and one-of-a-kind American muscle car.
One of the fastest Mustangs ever to hit the Texas Mile, this 5.0L Coyote V8 set the bar a notch higher for the 5.0 racing scene. Going 206.2 MPH with a pair of turbos boosting to 17 PSI, this Sterling Grey Mustang GT took the title as World’s Fastest 2011+ Coyote V8 Mustang in the Standing Mile. They did it all on a street-able setup and set of charcoal AMR wheels to boot!
What’s the point of having the Cobra look without the performance to back it up? Stage 3 is less about looks and all about sheer power. We completed a top end motor overhaul on our 1993 convertible and had to revamp the suspension just to handle the extra horses. This Fox Body finally has the bite it deserves.
