    i wish as it was Advertised that you will get by christmas was so true, very Disappointed in ordering a gift card online will n ever do it again, and all they can say is sorry so sad ! And My oder was pplaced on thursday 12/17/2009 2@ 9am ,

    Raquel- I’ve checked our system and found you placed two orders for gift cards on Thursday 12/17 and Friday 12/18. Though I am not one to quote policies, it does say clearly on the gift card page they they do not ship the same day as most of the products we sell.

    I also see that those orders were shipped to you on 12/18 and 12/21. Given that they go out regular US Postal Service, they should definitely have reached you in Florida by the holiday.

    If for some reason you still do not have these gift cards, please contact our customer service directly at 866-727-1266 so we may immediately track the location and reissue by email if necessary. If you would like to ask for Jeff in Promotions I would be happy to help you personally.
